Placing your Order

• Orders are accepted online.
• Please choose your products with care, as incorrect product choice is the buyer’s responsibility.
• Opened or used products cannot be returned for credit or replacement, due to health regulations.
• Goods must be paid for before dispatch.
• Goods ordered will be shipped on the next business day, after payment received.
• Please allow 7-10 working days for shipment of your order within the UK.
• International deliveries, will be given estimated times, upon receipt of payment.

• International:

Money Back Guarantee

• If you believe that the product did not work although being used regularly and according to leaflet instructions, write us an email requesting a refund
• Only one Booslabs product is refundable in the Money Back Guarantee per order
• Only product costs will be refunded excluding the shipping costs
• Claim for a refund is accepted up to 30 days after buying a product

Return Policy

• Booslabs.co.uk accepts returns for credit or replacement within 30 days of purchase as per the following terms:
  • Booslabs.co.uk is not under any duty to accept products returned by the buyer, if the product is opened or used, due to health regulations.
  • Products can only be exchanged or credited, after the buyer has contacted Booslabs.co.uk and obtained authorization, the cost of freight for any return is to be paid by the buyer and is not refundable.
